In a fully integrated system with Ferneto, the technical support in Portugal is provided by means and staff trained with the ability to respond quickly to costumer technical requests Permanent technicians available 24h /365 days allow for technical assistance at any point of mainland Portugal within a maximum of 6 hours. Monday to friday, saturdays and sundays, holidays or other special dates are always labor days for us. Just like in any open store, we do not stop. We are always available to act according to the requests, attentive to what is necessary. Internationally we do not dispose of direct technical support. This is an accountability of Ferneto and his network of distributers. As member of Ferneto Group, we are always available to share our knowledge and resources whenever possible. |
