Last Saturday, November 16th, was training day for the Fastfer Team.

For us, training is not just a means to an end, it is, above all, a fundamental principle that drives our walk and also excites our day -to-day, our mission of service to the market.

To train, it is also a time of reflection that proves our work and inspires us to change.

During this day, we took the opportunity to renew the knowledge of baking, particularly in many behaviours that dough assumes across the range of hydration and manufacture of dough to pastries. Under the guidance of Master Manuel Oliveira, we set our "hands on" and recall the techniques used by professionals of this sector, realizing the responsibility and requirement that this profession takes.

As a company positioned at the end of baking and pastry market chain, which turns the flour into bread, we are proud to belong to this industry that so much value and so much wealth provided to our ancestors!

As a team, wearing the sweatshirt daily and representing states in well-doing, all we scored presence on this journey. Outdoor technicians, workshop technicians, responsible for warehouse, administrative staff, new employees, management, all in the team!  Because as a Team we are Greater!
